MY STORY

I understand how the symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction can decrease quality of life.

 

I know exactly what it’s like to feel like your bladder is in control of your life. Before I even had kids, I leaked with almost every movement—coughing, sneezing, laughing, jumping, running… you name it. It was frustrating, embarrassing, and exhausting. No one had real answers, just the same old advice that never worked.

On top of that, I struggled with unbearable endometriosis pain and was told my only options were medications and surgery. At just 24, I was put into menopause for six months. And because of the poor guidance I received, I developed bladder and bowel habits that led to pelvic organ prolapse and painful sex.

I know how isolating and hopeless this can feel. But I also know that real solutions exist—ones that don’t involve surgery, medication, or being told to “just do more Kegels.” And that’s exactly what I’m here to teach you.

After 4 babies via c section in my late 30s, I leak no urine.
